Oh, I get it, it's an encrypted alphabet. I learned about this in my Network Security class last year. I've figured most of the pass phrase, I'm only missing the first and last letter of the last word.
EDIT: Figured it out!

The problem I had is when trying to open the zip it never prompted me for a password and just said it couldn't open

Try using a zip file extractor. Windows sometimes doesn't like opening the archive.
