Huh, is this suggesting that "SPEC-WORKSTATION BOOT" is for the control building instead of the CRAY?

Nah, those are most likely the previous ones, "testambient1" and "testambient2" as the earlier builds have several names like that...
Oops, I completely missed that those were the same as before! You're quite right, testambient1 and 2 fit much better.

And after waking up this morning, I suddenly realized there was a pattern here... I mean, if the first two names after the default "MISSING" in the Ambient.tpa file are "TESTAMBIENT1" and "TESTAMBIENT2", and the first one after "MISSING" in the Stream.tpa file is "TESTVOICEVOER", wouldn't the first one after "MISSING" in Effects.tpa be none other than...?

The sad part is, I know the filenames of those lists...

Currently, we're missing:
1 Ambient.tpa sound (builds 22 and 32)
3 Stream.tpa sounds (builds 22, 32 and 55)
15 Effects.tpa sounds (all builds together; 6 in builds 22 and 32, 10 in build 55, all 15 in builds 96 to 116, and 7 in the demo)

Yeah, I remember they are in one of the max scripts.

That is not bad. A few days ago it was way more!

I ran a search for FF53FA6E using "spec-" as a prefix and "stop" as an ending, with 3 words chosen from the 20000 most common - a couple of hours later, result 449 of 677 is

which absolutely fits. I'm slightly annoyed, since I'd narrowed it down to being a servo-like sound, just never thought of describing a servo as a "small electric motor". Argh!

Anyway, this then gives 17370A85 as "spec-small electric motor start" and 3C24056F as "spec-small electric motor run".
