What type of crash? If it loads in TresEd, the files are usually fine. But backup often. Just put the changes in an archive and name it accordingly :)

If you're basing this off build 117, I remember Tatu made an article on the differences between 116 and 117. Other than the microwave, I think there were some other minor things they changed and/or messed up. The differences page is somewhat vague, it notes 'foliage removed' but I haven't a clue where in Industrial Jungle. I will be re-adding the stream-path however.
If I recall, the foliage were mainly off-path or you couldn't see it. Not enough important that I took an image of it. Any foliage they removed was every likely because it was buried, or inside something.

And no, I do not recall what to add. Check the Isla Sorna mod, and see if you can find differences, as that is based on the earlier builds :)
