Did a quick read through your blog, and there are some riddles to solve, it might be easier to give it my own vision. I think I will do some crossovers and gather as much information as I can possibly find.
One thing that bugs me before start, how can I implement the Hammond memoir and Anne’s story in a graphic novel style, they are different stories to tell, it might be confusing to tell them both in the same story. Also I am not very much a graphic novel reader, so it does take some creativity.. any suggestions how to switch from Anne’s travel to Hammond’s memoir and back?

Well, there's the obvious. Trespasser follows both Anne's journey, and follows out-of-sequence flashbacks from Hammond even though they're not depicted.
"Well, as long as you're under there, you can check the breakers," Thorne said. ... "There's a box right behind the front bumper. Over on the left."
"I see it." [said Sarah]
...
"The box is in backward. Flip all the switches the other way. Are you dry?"
"No, Doc. I'm soaking wet, lying in the damn mud."

That is obvious, but to make the switch between Hammonds then, and Anne’s now in picture seems like a challenge, bit I might figure it out. I’m actually working on page 1, which is no more than the introduction of the game. So it is in the works!
OMG!!! THIS IS F-ING AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I literally don't know what else to say, I can't wait to read all the pages you gonna create. Such a fantastic idea, I love this community and the stuff everyone comes up with!

Thank you for that compliment, and I must say compliments to you for the remake, I’ve been back at it not just because of the old game, but also seeing your version of it, you are an inspiration!
really wow thank you so much, that means everything!! I spend so much time on a daily basis working on this game, hearing something like that really makes my day!! Thank you so much again and I'm looking forward to updates on this thread. It's so cool to get to see parts of the story that are not visible in the game too.

Life got in my way for new drawings, but on the other hand, I’ve been doing some research and got the strategy guide with some inspiration to it. I will continue, maybe revise the whole thing… I’’ll keep this going with updates!
