Here's an early version with the new player. I will share another build later this month with more weapons. As for now, I still have only the revolver, but instead of having it on you from the start, you need to pick it up along with some ammo. Except for the Lab level, all the ammo available sits right at the start of the level. In the beach level, the weapon and ammo sits on top of the box in the tutorial area (just like in the original game)

If you want to test this version and have played my game before, I recommend focussing on the following:
Beach: Shortly before the brachios, there's an Easter egg in a tree. You can now climb the tree and get into the Easter egg. This allows you to test the new climbing system. If you want to test the swimming system, just walk a few meters into the water at the bay where you start
Town: This is a good showcase for the new task management, where an on-screen tooltip appears where you can interact with something (button, door, etc.). Also, there's a brief keycard puzzle here that needs solving in order to proceed. At the end of the level I have also remodelled the stairs going up to the dam, making it easier to climb them
Swamp & Plains: The swamp has a new prehistoric creature. It doesn't currently have any sound. I will add its sound effects in the next build
Lab: Just like in the town, there are two keycard puzzles here. When activating the cray server, you now also get the on-screen tooltips
