CE Cloak Hack

THIS IS A DRAG N' DROP UTILITY! (Just drop the level's .grf file onto window)

This only works with trespasser_ce and only on fan levels that use the original Anne
Model. The program cloak_anne utility should produce a copy of the original grf with
the added extension .org. To be safe, you could make a copy of the original on your
own as well.

*uncloak_anne will simply change the edited grf file back to its original condition and
turn off the cloak (meaning, of course, the dinos will attack you again).

For some reason, I can never get Dev mode to work with CE and sometimes I just
want to casually walk around after playing a level to see if I missed anything and with
out being harassed by dinosaurs.

Anyways, that why I wrote these little apps up.

*Tested on Ruins, Mountain Valley and an unreleased level by another member. All
seemed to work as intended -

This is an interesting utility indeed. I'm curious, why does this only work with CE? Are there features of the utility which only apply in CE?

I think cloak was taken from ATX :)

Hia, Gents. If memory serves, I actually asked BigRed about creating the 'cloak' feature in atx, ala ripoff of
the carnivores game cheat.

As far as why this only works in the CE Executable, I really don't know for sure. I think the demo engine
might have internal code denoting Anne's AIType = 5 so in changing the script it appears to have no effect
as the dinos still detect and attack Anne even though her AiTypes are changed to 0.

* I never tried it on the original retail exe, I just tested it for CE's exe and for original Anne and in the fan
levels I had handy. About all I can add is that it worked for me. That, and this won't work for original retail
levels since the grf files are of compressed data -
