Really weird bug with CE
I have this strange bug with CE where none of the textures are loaded and its just grey mesh. The rest of the game is fine, title screen and cut scenes load properly. I don't know what's wrong can someone help me?

try setting tpassp6.exe to run as an administrator

Do you have the game installed in Program/Program Files? Those are protected and this sounds like the game does not have write rights to the folder so it can write the .swp files for the textures.
Either install the game outside of these folders (Like C:/Trespasser) or try what Double_G suggested, run the game as admin.
