This might be a bit of an understanding. There was some bot posted spam in this topic earlier, and it has since been deleted (before RexHunter99 and hppav posted). I believe that still labels topics as having new unread posts though. KillerBee256 may have been referring to the spam that was deleted (he possibly wrote it just before deletion) or may not have checked the dates on hppav's previous post and assumed it was the recent one that brought the topic to the top of the list. Or he might have just been confused as to why a year old post is at the top of the list.
