The only way you'll get a multiplayer trespasser is by making a trespasser mod for a game with multiplayer such as farcry or crysis etc...

Well say if we changed the beginning a bit to make it possible for multiplayer, say... we make one of the pilots alive or both? wouldn't change the plot much, Anne would be with them and leading them out of the island which would pretty much still make her the main character

there's no way to do it, Trespasser is made for one player no matter how much you edit it.
