New JPDS Forum Set-up here at TresCom

The "new" JPDS forum at http://dracoastreus.co.uk/phpBB2/index.php has officially been taken down, after the host server threatened to cancel Mickey's account if he did not. At first saying the forum was overloading their server, they later claimed that they simply did not want phpbb forums set up on their server. Who the hell knows why... Slugger mentioned it could be something to do with licensing, that is his server provider may have an agreement with a different type of forum or something like that.

At any rate... this announcement is for all who missed the news post at the forum, which was up for a couple days. The forum was backed up, but we have no clue when or if it will be online again. At the current time, we have a new plan in the works, to set up an entire JPDS section here at TresCom Forums. As planned, there will be 4 boards:
JPDS Public Discussion
Developer Journals
Team Only
Beta Testing

The "team only" board would be this board with a new name, and the others are self-explanitory. I will try to have the JPDS public thread moved to the "JPDS Public Discussion" board, and in the future we may simply stop using it and rely on Developer Journals and new threads in the public discussion board for major updates. :)

Alrighty then! The new plan has been enacted. With some minor changes from when I first envisioned it, but that's cool with me. We now have 1 private and 1 public JPDS discussion board. All new JPDS updates and Developer Journals will be posted in the JPDS Public Discussion forum, as well as any topics posted by non-JPDS Team members concerning the game, and the private board, now renamed as JPDS Conference Room, will continue to serve as the private section for discussing level development. All JPDS Team members now have modding rights to both forums. :) Anyone, please feel free to post a Dev Journal in the public forum any time you have an idea for one/need to make an update!
