I feel like the herds of herbivores went the way of the seating in the town, they were removed in the name of framerate :D

I did decide to leave the compies out. There's almost nothing about them. Could have mentioned the beach though.

EDIT: Tatu, for some reason the new forum code creates this box that says the post is gone now, though it's still there. Not sure the fix?
Meanwhile, the page can be found by manually combining the following lines:

Fixed. It was related to a new extension I was trying (to make YouTube links and other media links to automatically show a thumbnail, without the BBCode!).

Love the analyze of the foliage. :)

The tall swamp trees have always intrigued me as they don't really look like they belong in a swamp at all, especially compared to the round ones which look a lot more like an attempt to combine swamp cypresses with mangrove trees.
And you missed the short "Spider Leaf" plant! I've been dying to know exactly what that plant is supposed to represent.

Well, it certainly looks swampy to me. I couldn't say what species it is.
I did skip the spider leaf tree. Seemed more like underbrush. Feel free to study it on your own. 8)

Gotten around to this finally. White on comp hiatus, I did a considerable amount of writing. It's all about a fictional version of Isla Sorna, a bit like a draft for a massive mod except without any plan of putting it in Tres. More to come soon.

Next entrie(s) from my notebook concern prehistoric insects. I tried to include a large variety of topics as I wrote.

Will give these a read as soon as a get a chance! The idea of a lab dedicated to the study of insects makes a lot of sense - it's a wonder InGen didn't try cloning something like that before the dinosaurs.

Another post. This one is a short story about one of Muldoon's adventures on this version of Sorna.
