We haven't had a case in the community for a few months. Everyone arriving has to quarantine for 2 weeks in managed isolation, so we get a lot of cases there but no chance to spread it. So with no cases it's pretty much life as usual but with masks recommended on public transport.We're lucky that we're a tiny remote island with an easy border to control.
We did have a bunch of people escaping managed isolation to go buy some cigarettes and other dumb stuff, so now the military manages it. Which sound quite dystopian now that I write it down...

That doesn't sound even slightly dystopian compared to the rest of the world. I'm glad New Zealand is such a nice haven!
