How do I do a Hard Drive Install?

I was reading "The Trespasser Primer" and it said that if I want to play other people's levels I need to perform a hard drive install. It says to copy the trespasser folders into "tres cd" but the problem is I can't find "tres cd". I know this is a rather stupid question but I couldn't find a thread like this anywhere.

tres cd is the folder you create on the computer. For example C:/Tres CD. Make a folder named Tres CD and place all the content from the disc there, and then follow the rest of the Primer

Now when I try launching the game it says "Please insert Trespasser CD into C:/Tres CD". The game worked fine before and I've already downloaded the ATX2 patch.

At some point you left the CD on the drive... so now it changed the paths in the registry to point at it. Either you edit the registry manually to fix it or reinstall the game from the HDD again. And don't delete the files you copied to the HDD, they must remain there.

You should make sure you remove the CD before you install from the files which you copied over, when doing this.
