Getting new levels to work on CE

Hello did some searching on the forum and not coming up with much help.
Trying to get some new levels to work on my no CD install of CE.
First I tried Nedryland. Followed the instructions and still nothing.
Of course this is pilot error ;-)
What am I doing wrong ?
Placed all the files in where I think they should go.
So how do I start the new level ?
Nothing new appears in the load level ?
I am clueless.

The computer is a 3ghz Pentium quad core desktop running windows 10. CE works flawlessly on this machine.

The easiest way I know is to use the Trespasser Demo.
"Install" CE.
Then put the .TPA files from the CD and put them into the /Data folder and replace the TPA's inside that one.
Then place the level files inside the /Data folder.
Load Trespasser and use the level cheat in the main menu (CTRL+SHIRT+Q+W and release W) and you will get the level select.

Now see I didn't know about that ctrl shift Q W cheat.
That info is not in the level instructions.
