Okay So here's a download link to PID Editor. Complete with the Source-code. It *was* supposed to be a conjoint release with the beta... but MadpPiper is late and I can't wait any longer =/

I included the source-code in the download.

It apparently only opens in 7-Zip, you're better off having 7-Zip anyway (it unpacks almost any archive file format, and compresses them fantastically)

I haven't got the energy to hype this up, to be honest, PIDs are the easiest to edit, and don't hold quite as much usefulness in editing.

Meh... still this is a beta, open to suggestions and additions (if anyone can code them that is)
