ScriptMaker was authored and released by Andres James several years back. It is the most complete scripting tool available, covering most if not all valid (original / non-atx) tscript entries. If you're familiar with most values and possess-a-good working knowledge of tscripts and their useage, I recommend this tool even above my own tscript generator.

For t-script reference, please refer to this page which Machf has been maintaining and updating.
