Don't know if anyone actually uses this, but due to a mspaint bug choosing the normal blue color
for opacity doesn't work in windows 7 (maybe win8/win10 too?). Anyways, I've started to fix
the palette error with paint shop pro, but I noticed if I changed the blue to black the opacity map
will come out correctly without palette corrections.
I just figured I'd put that info out there since I don't feel like re-coding the damn utility -
