Before my dvd drive died I ran across an old part of the tpareader code, a separate cau extractor
for the .tpas. I included the code along with the zip. I was specifically looking for the .cau builder
code, but like I mentioned, my drive died before I ran across the correct cdr.

There's a compiled program along with the code, I assume it works. . . Tpareader does this as
one of its functions (exports waves as .cau files), but I figured I'd release the .cau exporter as a
stand alone anyways, in case someone may be interested.
