lmao :P That would be fun to have them suddenly show up at bus stops lol.

Latest on the DS front is actually pretty good. The level split, currently dividing JPDS1 into 4 levels - JPDS~streams, JPDS~plains, JPDS~trails, JPDS~forest, is reducing the stress considerably with any given action that takes place. Less stuff piling up per level I guess, I'm sure the engine appreciates it too. JPDS~plains is even 99% completed, aside from the dinosaur work Tatu will be doing next, which is just awesome. Next I am going to be getting the full dinosaur set ready.. It's apparent that JPDS really did need this split, I won't even dare to say how many different species are being included.

Another bit of good news in all this. It's now entirely possible that we will be releasing JPDS~streams and JPDS~plains sooner than the other two levels, meaning you all will get to play something sooner. ;) Also means the download will not be quite so gargantuan. The area of JPDS~forest is essentially completed in the sublevel for that zone, already, so it's likely it will come out at the same time as JPDS~trails. Tatu will work on dinos in the plains when he gets back next week, Nem will be working on foliage and dinos as soon as I give him level files, and Mickey is currently putting additional mountain foliage in JPDS~plains. Well, more news later. Drac.

That's great! How big are these mini-levels going to be? Retail Trespasser level sized? Smaller? Bigger? Either way, sounds great!

Retail Trespasser level sized. What you don't remember is that TestScene is a retail level too...

Hehe, well, imagine TC_Isle, without the ocean or underground area (just the island). Each of these levels is about twice that size.. well the first one is a little bigger.
