Portable Edition?

Is there a released file, or a way to construct/arrange it, so that I can play Trespasser through a flash drive, without having to install anything to the hard drive of the computer itself?

If anybody knows how and can instruct me, or can do it themselves, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Welcome to the forums! :)

There certainly is!

Although it is quite a process.

The key is to have the game run with the demo version of the engine rather than the retail, as the demo doesn't rely on your computer's registry. However, because the demo is a different engine that can only use certain files, the retail levels themselves, unmodified, would not work with the demo.

The retail version of the game can open either .swp OR .spz files, a .spz being just a compressed version of a .swp. The retail levels are .spz, however the demo can only open .swp ones. So you have to convert the .spz files to .swp

Or I can do it for you! (It's already done my PC)

I'll PM you once I can upload it. :)
