Isla Nublar Map.

Hey, I'm making a Isla Nublar map in scale 1:1, (In Minecraft -.-, so the Mountains is scaled a "bit" down). It is now over a year in the making so and i think it soon will be time for a Preview video of it. But what do you want to see? with scenes from the movie/book? :D (know it not have much with "trespasser" to do, but trespasser was/is too... buggy, scale 1:1 is LARGE) :D

will be very happy for advice :D

Hi you must be new to the forums so welcome.I have been playing minecraft for a long time (about 2 yrs) I think you should do the dilophosaur scene would be cool in minecraft and if you have the correct version of minecraft you could install this mod >http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/446 ... y-v69-p-4/< lets you make dinosaurs and let them roam around the game or some of them follow you.Good luck, making huge things in minecraft can take hours and hours sometimes :)

1# yes, maybe fossil-archeology-mod. (as my earlier official map used (I'v played MC since "alpa")). A guy had asken allmost one year ago, about help with making a dino mod, but i didnt answer him, and now i's long time ago. I think i will ask/pay a still unknown person of making it... (my Brother can maybe help, he had programmed a program to view the hole island (Isla Nublar) in 3D... etc.). He had also tried to make MC mods before.) :D

sounds cool I never get mods unless they are mod packs because i dont have to add them to my original minecraft

I haven't played any Minecraft but when I saw a 1:1 TNG Star Trek Enterprise D, I knew it could be used for some awesome things.

You guys did your homework, I can see that from the video... Interesting idea about having a helipad on the roof of the VC (I assume that idea is from JPOG, right?). The JP Game's idea of landing in front of the VC is a bit impossible if you look at the movie's version of the foliage. Too many trees too close together for a helicopter to land correctly.

I was thinking of doing a Trespasser series that would give an alternate version of what happened after the first movie as the JP game left me wanting a bit more, the planning for which made me realize that landing a helicopter there with movie accurate foliage would be rather impossible, so the player would have to be either dropped onto the roof or at another location and then arrive at the VC.

I'm the resident JP1 fanatic here. If you have any JP1 related questions, you can post them and I may be able to help you answer them.

Thanks for response/feedback :D (the other helipad will also be there, its just not made yet) There was two helepads in "Opration G", but i relly dont use "opration G" stuff in this map. You relly have a point with the heli pad and the space to a helicopter in the front of VC. And why would the helicopter land in the front of the building, wehn there is a helepad on the building?.. Wehn i build it, i took most care of the rooms inside. (i'll love to show you the rooms). More feedback = higher quality :D I will always re-build it, if its necessary. PS: all the trees around the Visitors center is like in the movie, (if i have to say somthing is there less trees than the movie) so i think its JP the game there is a bit wrong. (but i love JP the game, nothing there).

This looks amazing! What, 2.5 Gb? :| That's a LOT (Not a bad thing) !

Do you guys intend to also recreate the underground tunnels and complexes as seen in JP:TG ?

yes, but we only start building them, wehn we have build all the buildings there have to be connected. I'v heard a bird sing about someone there is trying to create a map over the tunnel systems. :D

It is only a small part of Isla Nublar which is official, and few stuff is missing, like hammonds bungalow and the truck garage. The scale the maintance lodge is buil din is also too big. We are going to fix dat later. But it is only a alpa version of a small part of the project XD
