Re: Creating a full body for Anne
Islasorna-ph2it-prereleasetest3 Screenshot 2023.10.03 - 02.52.54.18.png It looks like an official promo screenshot, a lot like the one with a raptor sitting on top of a yellow crane truck. Amazing! It would be cool to see more staged screenshots like this, documenting various keye moments from the ...

Re: Creating a full body for Anne
Looks like she's almost done. It's nice to finally have a full in-game model of Anne

Re: Trespasser Remaster Rumors
I think that the original code for Trespasser would need a major rewrite. The assets would also have to be reauthored. At that point, it is hard to tell if the final product is a remake or a remaster. I would call it a remaster if it uses a large part of the original code and assets. But it is uncle...

Re: Trespasser Remaster Rumors
I really hope that one day we can get an actual remake. As for the locomotion, I think that there are ways to keep it physically based, without it bugging out or looking too weird. This video from 10 years ago is what I imagine a modern dino locomotion system should look like. https://youtu.be/pgaEE...

Magazines in the intro sequence
Inspired by hppav’s thread about locating Anne’s apartment, I wanted to see if I too can extract something interesting from Trespasser animations, so I rewatched them a couple of times until I finally noticed that there are some magazines in the seat back pockets in the intro. I couldn’t find any me...

Yeah, that's Rudy 102. That name is engraved in my memory and the look is pretty iconic for those who are familiar with the show. It's a very cool easter egg

Re: Locating Anne's Apartment
This is an insanely impressive detective work. I can't believe that after all this time, the community is still discovering new things about this game

Re: InGen Compound ~ New Trespasser Mod (RELEASED pg. 1)
I was just watching Shadefyre's playthrough of this level, and I noticed something that I missed in my own playthrough. That black and white picture that you come across in one of the buildings at 45:16 https://youtu.be/TbKqt-zqdRM It's from an ancient Polish TV series called Four Tank-Men and a Dog...

Re: Trespasser VR on Quest 2
For 99% of the playthrough it felt smooth, with some minor frame drops here and there but nothing too distracting. I have to agree with Draconisaurus about that cement mixer. I would love to be able to move it or even put stuff inside, if the physics engine can handle it

Re: Trespasser VR on Quest 2
https://youtu.be/Cf9TzHhp_vo I played it for a while today, and I was having a lot of fun, while also trying not to bump into furniture or smack my girlfriend over the head when trying to pick up rocks LOL. For the longest time, I didn’t realize you could just pull a gun into your hands by pointing...

Re: Trespasser CE and NVIDIA RTX Remix
Yeah, I tried getting it to work for a while, but couldn't. I'm going to wait until someone figures out a way to do it more easily. Ingen Town should look pretty cool with pathtracing, even without any asset swapping

Re: Trespasser VR on Quest 2
I just finished playing, however I was mostly just messing around aimlessly, not really knowing what I was doing which is evident by my clumsy playstyle. Now, I see that I missed some things but I wanted to go in blind. Only then, I watched the trailer you posted above. It looks and plays remarkably...

Re: Trespasser VR on Quest 2
My Quest is ready and so am I :) Can't wait to walk around the island in VR. I stitched together my own map along with some assets and i explored it a bit in blender using VR scene inspection. It was great for getting the sense of scale, but i don't have any textures or animations so it's not really...

It's a standalone VR headset. You can't use your phone to run dedicated Quest apps
