Re: A new Trespasser patch/update (Trespasser CE)
Is the source code for Tres CE available? I'm having issues with mouse look (on Wine+Box86 on a Raspberry Pi). The vanilla game works fine. Similar issues occurred with LithTech games like Aliens vs Predator 2 until I applied the following patch: https://github.com/haekb/LithFix . I'd like to try s...

I'm not German either, but it would be excellent to add options for other languages; save these in a database!

Wow I don't think I ever heard of dual-item stow; you had to stow each weapon separately with the (default) E key

I skipped all of it to the Blackley clip (near the end), and it was indeed great how he gave the community a shout out. I put a link to trescom at forum I frequent where this clip was mentionedRebel wrote:I like how Blackley gave the community a shout out.

Re: A new Trespasser patch/update (Trespasser CE)
I'm delighted another person has discovered the joys of Trespasser. It's been a thing of wonder to me since the demo first appeared, and a nice retail Big Box & printed Brady guide are still prized possessions of mine :) And you're right: the voiceovers (and to a lesser extent the brief musical ...

Re: A new Trespasser patch/update (Trespasser CE)
Got the new beta, looks great! (And I got killed by the first raptor, forgot aiming is tough!) Add a mouse sensitivity option to the wishlist, I can use that!

Re: A new Trespasser patch/update (Trespasser CE)
Hello! Finally got around to reinstalling and adding this patch in, fired it up and it runs great at 1920x1200 with trespasser_dx9-hq.ini as trespasser.ini My one question is whether there are any other image quality tweaks that are not already enabled, specifically the 'Max Tex Dim' and texture res...

Re: Hilwo's playthrough of the beta
Just chiming in here, awesome the beta has resurfaced. I hope to read more about it later.
Did anyone ever play the original Unreal1 alphas & betas way back when? The beta in particular was fascinating as it had a giant hub area completely absent from the retail game!
