Updated both links today. Changes:
- add tres-ce release-note.txt and troubleshooting.txt into doc folder.
- fix tpasspass.exe typo, should be trespass.exe instead.

ENBSeries only work for DX9 and DX8 games. It's a customized dll file which you can setup graphic effects in a separate ini config file.
