As far as I've seen, stowing a weapon with an assigned damage value doesn't hurt the player. The developers might have avoided it because the player could potentially drop the weapon while it is above their head which could kill them.

Yes, Anne's hitboxes (foot, hand, and body) are set to AIType = 5 and if you change them to 0, 1, or 6, then Anne is effectively invisible to all the dinosaurs. Typically, tribe A raptors have 50 HP, tribe B have 75 HP, and tribe C have 100 HP.

EDIT:
Tribe B raptors have 150 HP and tribe C have 40 HP in the demo level.
