Re: Trespasser: Instinct
I'm just going to have to dim down details a bit to make it fit in with the graphics, but I think that while tedious it will be easier than hand drawing every frame.

Re: Trespasser: Instinct
Double post...
The project is still going, though it is a bit slow. Some people have an exclusive demo (hehe) I'll release a more stable version for you all to play around with soon.
And, Jeez, I was looking at the old idea for this and am still quite fond of it, too bad FPS creator sucks. I might revisit that idea once I learn some more c++, because then I can translate that knowledge to DarkGDK and modify the FPS creator engine so that it fits my needs.
But, of course, I am also very fond of the 2D "sequel." I really can't wait to see how it turns out in the end (maybe in a few years ).

That demo was pretty frakin sweet, and entirely stable for me. I can't wait to see the sorts of adventures you can come up with for a 2D Site B.

Re: Trespasser: Instinct
I'm releasing a VERY early demo, just to show what has been done so far. WASD moves, q jumps, left mouse button picks up a crate, and right mouse button throws it. (The crate carrying is still a major WIP and is very glitchy) There are still a lot of stupid issues that I have been trying to fix, so bear with me. I just want to release something for the community to see, and since Draco said it was stable enough, I'm releasing it to you all slightly modified.
You can download it HERE
*EDIT*
The demo isn't much but I've had a lot going on lately, so it's a little hard to work on instinct. I have been trying though.

Looks pretty cool to me. Playing as a dino at some point might be fun.

I would expect an actual demo in a few weeks.
*EDIT* and no, this is not an April fool's prank, I promise. I need to get it done for school.
