And now, thanks to tatu getting the complete soundtrack listing, I managed to find the names of the two remaining music streams:
Code: Select all
387 B197B601 35988797 771692 0,00 0,00 WBOR 6E 36 2056 771656 3076100 22050 16 2 1 0 0 no MUSIC - ALBERT BOOMS 92AE2384
406 5FBD762B 75298505 3145764 0,00 0,00 WBOR 6E 36 0 3145728 3145728 22050 16 2 0 0 0 no MUSIC - OPEN EAST GATE DE489467
The listings have been updated accordingly. Now all that's left are 57 sound effects from Effects.tpa, a voiceover from the Beta96 Stream.tpa and 6 other sounds from the Beta96 Ambient.tpa (one of which is also part of Effects.tpa), for a total of 63 names.

A sort of duplicate of VH31.

Well, guys, looking at other brands of firearms, I was able to find the names of two more sound effects:
Code: Select all
156 76B23CDD 4469253 9345 0,00 0,00 WBOR 6E 36 1028 9309 37100 22050 16 1 1 0 0 no GUN - COONAN MAGNUM 02 EC7F4A07

Let's see if I can find some more...

I possibly found a couple more from the Beta96 Ambient.tpa file:
Code: Select all
64 AACCB8A2 3920355 47896 0 0 WBOR 6E 36 0 47860 47860 11025 16 1 0 0 0 AMB-JU-SHAKB01 32AE3476
65 33C5E918 3968251 35736 0 0 WBOR 6E 36 0 35700 35700 11025 16 1 0 0 0 AMB-JU-SHAKB02 32AE3475
So far, that's the only thing that makes sense and isn't random gibberish... I wonder for what shack they were intended.

Woohoo! Yes! I got the name of two more gun sounds after being inspired! (Watching the A-Team sure pays...)

BTW, I just updated the listings with my new findings... I hope I can figure out the other guns' names, now I know there are four between "H&K" and "Ruger", and they are all automatic rifles...

Machf, I found two in the beta effects.tpa that aren't in your listing, and they're obviously the correct names.
Code: Select all
75 3b24aabf no "spec-electrical lines down"
76 890d8ab1 no "spec-electrical lines run"
Not that I was looking for them, I just found them while looking for electrical sounds to use in S! - HTGWeX (
), and caption reader just happened to load the beta TPA.

Sorry, but of course they are in the listing already, have been there for quite some time...
viewtopic.php?p=76691#p76691
The caption reader wouldn't list them if their names weren't already known in the first place...

Ok, you have already found them. . . but they're not in the big listing on the first page, still,

That listing has been discontinued for several years, the actual one is linked on my signature...

COuld one of the samples between H&K and Ruger be a H&K G36? They were developed and used in the 1990's And it's a standardized automatic weapon that still features in today's combat zones (mostly the french use them)
I find it a little hard to believe such a new weapon would appear on the island though, and especially when the far more powerful G3A3 stars on the island too! ( Which also, after research, I found out should be considerably more powerful as it's chambered for 7.62mm rounds )
Also, it was produced in 1998 but another ( very awesome looking ) H&K weapon the Heckler & Koch SL8

I've tried in the past but apparently there's no G36... still trying to find out what could go between "H&K" and "Ruger" (tried "Mauser", but so far, no luck...

293-302 in Effects sounds a bit like dropping a weapon? And 49 sounds like a crate is being dragged.
