Awesome. 8) Be sure and send it with the other skins when you get those. BTW I wouldn't mind at all having the christmas level be a joint project... anyone who wants to pitch in is welcome. :) I'll start a thread on it tomorrow probably...

"Mother of God... flying pigs."
- Liam Devlin (Donald Sutherland) in The Eagle Has Landed

Just resurrecting this thread to see what's going on with TC-Isle and to report some bug (?): with the beta patched to 'latest' status, I keep getting a fatal error upon finishing the level.

Huh, I could have sworn that I ran thru the entire level, ending
n' all before the patch was released, but I'll check it again. Yet,
I can't figure on what if any problem would crop up during level
end since that area wasn't touched at all.

Status: In limbo. We're all doing other things right now and I
don't know when or if a final release of tc_isle will ever come a-
bout.

Edit

Well, it appears that you are correct, sir. Although, with a quick
look I couldn't detect what the problem might be, though it does
indeed crash before tc~river finishes it loadup. I applied a third,
private patch (a forerunner to the released patch and one I did
up for just myself n' Remdul) and that one appears to work, river
loaded, no fatal errors. Unfortunately though, I can't recall what
differences exist between those two patches --

Funny thing is, I hadn't noticed it happen before. But now I got the idea to play it again after all these months and...
The main difference I can think of is that I've been running it under Windows 2000, while before I was running it under Windows 98.

And my old install (the one from Windows 98) keeps giving a 'scene file invalid' message. I'll reboot later into Windows 98 and see what happens with both installs...
